EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PAYMENT
After submitting your completed 2025 CAA Conference Exhibitor Registration form, you will receive an invoice to the email provided for Conference Logistics Contact. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by check, credit card, or ACH bank transfer. Selection of package options and exhibitor booth location are offered in order of payment received.

Submitting this form does not register your staff for the conference. Confirmed exhibitors will receive an email containing discount codes and instructions to register their complimentary staff members included with the selected sponsor package and additional discount codes to register additional exhibitor staff members at the discounted rate. Additional exhibitor staff registrations are $300 including meals and CEUs or $250 including meals without CEUs. Exhibitors may register up to four additional staff at the discounted rate.
