EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PAYMENT
After submitting your completed 2024 CAA Conference Exhibitor Registration form, you will receive an invoice to the email provided for Conference Logistics Contact. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by check or credit card. If you wish to pay by credit card, please email info@caaud.org and we will send a payment link to pay your exhibitor registration online. Selection of package options and exhibitor booth location are offered in order of payment received.

Confirmed exhibitors will receive an email containing discount codes to register your complimentary staff members included with your sponsor package and additional codes to register any additional staff members at the discounted rate in June. Additional exhibitor staff registrations are $300 including meals and CEUs or $250 including meals without CEUs. Exhibitors may register up to four additional staff at the discounted rate.

We hereby apply for sponsorship and/or exhibit space at the CAA 2024 Annual Conference in Irvine, CA September 12-14, 2024. We understand that this application becomes a contract when signed. We agree to the terms and conditions on this order form. Signing this form does not guarantee preferred booth space. Signer is an authorized representative of applying company.
