The Medi-Cal Outreach and Education team and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will be conducting an in-person training event on August 11, 2026, in Southern California.
In-person training events offer basic and advanced billing courses for various provider types. These events will be conducted at different intervals throughout the year within California and offer billing assistance at no cost in the Claims Assistance Room (CAR). Providers are encouraged to bring their more complex billing issues and receive individual assistance from a Regional Representative.
