Event Description
The California Academy of Audiology Conference Committee is proud to invite clinicians, researchers, current Au.D. students, and academic professionals to submit an abstract for consideration for inclusion at the CAA 27th Annual Conference: Defying the Decibel being held September 24-26, 2026 in Costa Mesa, California.
Our goal for 2026 is to curate a dynamic, high-impact educational program that showcases the breadth of innovation and expertise within our membership and the larger audiology community. We welcome submissions across the following presentation formats:
- General Session Platform Presentations: Innovative, engaging sessions that directly influence clinical audiology practice or practice management. We encourage a wide range of topics to reflect the diversity of specialties within audiology.
- Student Research Forum: Designed for AuD and PhD students, this forum provides the opportunity to present research projects in a 20-minute session. Open exclusively to current CAA student members.
- Poster Presentations: A valuable opportunity for audiology professionals, students, and those in related fields to share research, case studies, or emerging concepts. Posters will be presented on September 24, 2026, and available for viewing throughout the conference.
